Southall is a restaurant in Hampton, drawing inspiration from the rich cultural tapestry of Southall in London, where Britain and India seamlessly merge. We were hired to refresh their brand, crafting an identity rooted in their heritage and traditions. Taking inspiration from the beautiful book The Circle of Fate by Raja Mohanty and Sirish Rao, we designed a symmetrical floral icon and selected a vibrant colour palette that evokes the elegance and vibrancy of Indian culture. The versatile logo and patterns are woven across touch points, embodying the restaurant’s ethos of home-style recipes and culinary innovations.
