fashion branding

Clémence Lebec is a pattern maker and handbag artisan with more than a decade of experience in the luxury leather industry. We worked with her on the brand identity for Rue du Pavé, her own atelier where she creates bespoke leather goods and home decor pieces. Bold shades of lilac, blood orange and gold are a strong element to identify Rue du Pavé. Unique shapes referencing cobblestones and the leather symbol have been created as part of the brand mark. The beauty is in the detail of texture, gold foil, film photography. A sophisticated pairing of serif and sans serif fonts have been selected with care to modernise the design.

“When I contacted Belleville Studio, I wanted to develop the branding for my future atelier. I chose Belleville Studio because I was drawn to their beautiful work and the aesthetic of their website. During my research, I also came across an interview with Mathilde where she discussed her approach to design and her focus on tailoring branding to each individual client's unique identity. I felt confident in her ability to develop a strong identity for my work. Working with Belleville Studio was a great experience. I found Mathilde to be professional, curious, and efficient. Although, I wasn't sure how to get started from what I had originally envisioned, she transformed my inspirations into a beautiful, cohesive brand identity that accurately reflects my style and values.”
