Australian Venue Co, known for owning and operating some of Australia’s most beloved hospitality venues, enlisted Belleville Studio to reimagine a treasured pub and hotel in the Mornington Peninsula. We developed the brand by imagining a customer sketching some scenes experienced at the restaurant on a spare napkin. We paired some elegant illustrations with refined typography to create timeless layouts and compositions across their touch points. With the idea of evolving what would typically be seen in pubs, we convey a more personalised approach and aesthetic to the brand while remaining quite traditional.
