Bistrot Media, a Sydney-based marketing agency specialising in the hospitality industry, partnered with Belleville Studio to evolve their brand. After two years at the helm, Ania Benhamadouche recognised that the business had outgrown its original identity. Rather than starting from scratch, the ambition was to refine and elevate what already existed. We evolved the brand to reflect both what they are known for and where they are heading, while introducing clear systems the team could confidently roll out across every touchpoint.

Through a brand strategy workshop, we refocused on their core audience, sharpened their messaging and uncovered a distinct point of difference. At its heart, Bistrot Media exists to help small businesses share their story so they can be discovered, seen and grow within Sydney’s competitive hospitality scene. This clarity became the guiding thread across the entire brand experience, expressed through a personality that feels sincere, strategic, playful and calm.
